July 21st Walking Meditation @ Antrim Park

Have trouble in sitting meditation? Want to try something new in your practice? Walking meditation could be just the thing.

A little about walking meditation:

Walking meditation is great for people who may struggle with strictly seated practices, but it's also great for established meditators. It's one of my favorite practices and I have found it beneficial in a variety of ways, including experiencing that meditative state off the cushion.  If you're like me, you want to find that sort of space throughout the day and the act of walking meditation helps us work toward that end. It's also a lovely way to spend time outdoors and in community.

This class will include instruction and guided portions, but also allow time for individual experience. Also of note, classes at Antrim Park are a little different than the ones at Highbanks. We take things a little slower and explore the meditative space a little differently.

Join me at the lake at Antrim Park and experience walking meditation with the trees and water. We will meet at the deck on the lake. This class is weather permitting and you'll get an update if anything changes. Please wear comfortable clothes and plan to be out for about an hour.

Pre-registration is required as classes are kept small. This class is by donation.

Please register ahead of time either through the following link: https://equanimityunlimited.as.me/walking-meditation-antrim

Join me at Highbanks Park and experience walking meditation with the trees.

We will meet at the observation deck behind the Nature Center on Dripping Rock Trail. This class is weather permitting and you'll get an update if anything changes. Please wear comfortable clothes and plan to be out for about an hour.  Pre-registration is required as classes are kept small. This is a sliding-scale class. If itoutside of your current means, but you would like to participate, please contact me. No one is turned away from my classes for lack of funds.

April 8th Walking Meditation

It's our first walking meditation of the year!! This ones is going to be super special because we're in a new location and trying some new things! I hope you can make it.

This is a sliding-scale class. If it feels outside of your current means, but you would like to participate, please contact me. No one is turned away from my classes for lack of funds.

Please register ahead of time either through the following link or via email. https://squareup.com/store/equanimity-unlimited
