Join me at Leela Movement and Meditation!
Both new and experienced meditators are welcome to enjoy an hour of sitting in community. Basic meditation instruction will be given as well as a new focus for each class. Examples of focus include pranayama breath practice, introduction to mantra, or various other meditation methods. We will engage in both seated and movement meditation. If you have your own cushion or blanket for sitting, please feel free to bring it.
This is a donation-based class with a minimum $5 donation. If this is outside of your means, please contact us to make other arrangements. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
