The 30 Day Sit - June 2017

This June, spend some time exploring meditation. The 30 Day Sit is a great way to begin a new meditation practice or to commit to a thirty day (and beyond!) meditation habit.  

We'll be focusing on establishing a practice, exploring different methods, and also taking some time to adventure off the cushion with meditation.
