Join me each week to get a little midweek mindfulness tune-up. We'll spend time both in meditation and conversation with a bit of a new focus each week. If you find yourself dragging a bit in the middle of the week and losing track of where the days are going, maybe a little time in meditation will help you reset and be present for the rest of the week.
The best part? You can join in from anywhere! These sessions are held via Crowdcast (which can be accessed from any device), so despite maybe being far away, it's still possible to enjoy some of the benefits of sitting with others.
